Our autumn tour begins with two nights at a beautiful lodge on the shore of Lough Inagh in the magnificent Connemara Mountains. The next three evenings we will enjoy the spectacular views from our Country Hotel and Spa which overlooks Lough Arrow to the Bricklieve Mountains. Our last three nights we will enjoy a relaxing B&B in the medieval village of Carlingford, nestled between the Cooley Mountains and the mountains of Mourne.

This September tour begins with a visit to the Burren and Cliffs of Moher before we settle in the mountains of Connemara where we will explore the National Park and visit Kylemore Abbey, as well as other places of interest in the area. In Sligo we will discover the beauty of the Faery Glen of Knocknarea, climb Maeve’s Mound, and tour ancient megalithic cemeteries, such as Carrowmore and Carrowkeel. Then on to visit the Hill of Tara, the cairns of Loughcrew, the ancient monastic site of Monasterboice, and the magnificence of the Bru na Boinne, including Newgrange and Knowth.

Our tour ends in Dublin – you have the option of returning to the US or spending a day or two or more in Dublin City, with lodging at a lovely hotel, centrally located so you can walk to just about everywhere you would want in the city, or take advantage of the local bus service.
